Trafford CCG recently purchased, from Primary Care IT , a professional subscription to develop the ‘Trafford One Template’. They are supporting the integration of EMIS Web into all clinical pathways, medicines management, referral documents and referral decision support for clinical and admin staff. The uniform processes at the click of a button saves dictation, typing, and eradicates the burden of delayed referrals. It gives an insight into what can be achieved if all GPs have a single clinical system and how it enables high qualtiy, consistent, standardised care and working at scale. Trafford also has embraced a unified digital platform for primary care which encompasses standard high quality centrally managed website, sallowing consistency across the area with aligned policies and procedures and starndardised patient messages and campaigns. Future developments of this platform are endless and offer incredible opportunities for streamlining practice software.
